We are a group of people who live in and around Woodbridge and have a desire to increase the awareness of the issue of trade justice, and in particular, Fairtrade.  We are working towards making Woodbridge an official Fairtrade Town, which will mean Fairtrade and other fairly traded products (like local produce direct from our farmers) will be easily available all over the town, and many local businesses and organisations will use them for their staff and visitors.

FAIRTRADE Mark - Guarantees a better deal for third world producers Here you will find information on the issues of trade justice, what Fairtrade is, and what each of us as individuals and as a community can do to help those who are trapped by unfair trade laws with no other hope of making a sustainable living.

This site is still under construction, and to enable it to be accessible to you already, we have quoted much from the Fairtrade Foundation and Fairtrade Labelling Organizations' Web sites.

You can learn more about us by going to our About Us page, and our About Fairtrade page will explain the issues we are concerned with, and what we want to do about them.  The Suppliers page is designed to give you an idea of what products are already available in Woodbridge and where you can get them.  We also have a News & Events page to keep you up to date with all we are doing, and giving you the chance to make a difference yourself.

You can contact us by emailing info@fairtradeforwoodbridge.org.uk - we'd love to hear from you!
